Fantastic location and comfortable rooms
The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the harbor. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony that let in fresh air, though the Wi-Fi could be better.

Truly enjoyed staying at the beautifully maintained and pet-friendly double room with the promised bed. The location was excellent and stunning, close to Vancouver Downtown. And the area was downtown, short walk to several great restaurants, Pacific center, and Cruise Terminal at Canada Place.

The spacious rooms were quite comfortable, and the decor, though a bit dated, still had a cozy charm that reminded me of my grandma's living room. Accessibility features made it easy for me to get around.
More attentive service from staff would be appreciated.

Fashionable room and tastefully decorated, with central heating, a laptop-size safe and multi-channel television. Outstanding continental breakfast options. Location close enough to airport train, shopping and 5 minute walk to waterfront and the subway or translink network and the cruise terminal and Pacific Rim Convention center. Easy check-in, generally excellent service.

The Metro was located perfectly for an easy walk to the waterfront and investigating the streets of Vancouver. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to park our car very inexpensively at an easy PARk garage directly across the street from the hotel. Our roomo was also upgraded, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
We needed some information from the consierge for location of a church and he just told us he didn't know because he was a Buddist. He made no effort to help us. We actually got the info from a consierge at another hotel.

The room was spacious, with comfy beds and clean sheets. I loved the bathroom, it was nice and roomy. The adjustable lighting was a cool touch. But the room felt a bit outdated, and there was some dust in the closet. I expected a cleaner upgrade, especially paying that price.

Good hotel with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a friendly bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me with currency exchange recommendations, which I still remember fondly. I'm coming back for another holiday!

It was pretty good. Underground parking good but a little pricey. I guess that's normal for a hotel like this.
I wasn't the hotels fault but I didn't realize when I booked that twin beds means single beds. I am very large and had a hard time sleeping on the narrow bed.

Really like the location. Close and within walking to most place we wanted to visit. Really like the idea I could use the gym at no cost. Great idea and was of benefit as we did go to some great restaurants. Recommend if need accomodation in city.
